Description:    Bachelor s Degree (MBA preferred). 
10+ years marketing experience, with 5+ managing digital strategy, marketing and projects (some digital agency experience preferred). 
Excellent written and oral communication skills including a strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, etc. 
Strong graphic design and multimedia skills a plus. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate to different levels within an organization. 

A strong digital background, focusing on marketing and strategy. Define and evolve the engagement strategy in order to optimize how websites move prospects to conversion. Must be comfortable driving execution of the strategy including managing and prioritizing all site activities, including search engine optimization, content management, test & learn improvements, marketing campaigns and incremental user experience enhancements. 

Must possess executive presence and the ability to gain buy-in and forge consensus at a management level. A passion for metrics analysis and delivering against KPIs is imperative.
