• Take a leadership role on a wide range of key initiatives including driving the analysis, scoping and planning, building stakeholder consensus and setting expectations, identifying and vetting solutions, managing communications/ training, overseeing implementation and ensuring ongoing monitoring and controlling.
• Provide weekly program status to stakeholders and senior management
• Proactively contribute to the development of project standards for the PMO
• Actively participate in risk identification and mitigation, escalate issues in a timely fashion
• Plan, track and manage all cross team/functional dependencies including those with Research, Sales, Marketing, Editorial and/or other stakeholders.
• Work with Engineering team to identify and track any system or technical dependencies and communicate to product team as required
• Identify areas for process improvements and head up re-engineering and integration efforts
• Assist program team with capacity planning and optimal resource utilization
• Manage third party contributions to the program including vendors and consultants as necessary.
• Listen, learn and consult with all team members as needed. Add value to the team at every step by leading and facilitating as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Expected Background
• 7 + yrs years experience coordinating and/supporting both technical and business related processes around website development (IT and non-IT)
• Bachelors degree in computer science, business or related area preferred
• 1+ years of experience working with Agile/Scrum and XP methodologies
• Demonstrable knowledge of working effectively with cross functional teams in high pace projects is a must.
• Must have strong organization, presentation and communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to lead and run complex projects/programs from planning, design and development to production.

· Strong presentation skills (will be tested)

Delivery:
Must have:

SAP Basis Admin, with knowledge of SAP administration, configuration and maintenance (SAP certification or equivalent experience). You will be part of a SAP development team delivering an integration solution with company’s application.
This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who would enjoy living in the Connecticut area, has several years experience within the BASIS area of SAP, and is comfortable working with SAP ERP, Oracle and/or SQL Server, XI, upgrades, implementation and production support.
As SAP Basis Admin you will be responsible for:
*Maintaining the SAP Application, database, and related utility software from a technical infrastructure (BASIS) perspective with regards to performance, availability, backup /recovery, installation and upgrades
*Installation, import/export of Workbench Objects, Client copy, transport creation.
*Assistance to Development Team, Clients, Delivery Services, Technical Support and other staff on problem resolution and system modification design and implementation activities.
*Perform transfer of all application changes from development environment to the QA environment to production release
*Support packs and patches
*System upgrades
*System refreshes (test and sandbox environments)
*SAP security: maintenance (IDs; roles & profiles)
*Independent software applications (Solution Manager, Saprouter, etc.)
*Help and system documentation
*JAVA and ABAP stack maintenance
Skills and Experiences:
*Must demonstrate a proficiency in main Basis areas, tuning and setup
*1-3 years experience supporting hardware and software environment to the current installed environment (including, but not limited to Oracle, SAP ERP and XI, WebAS and SQL Server on UNIX and / or Windows).
*Some UNIX knowledge is a must.
*Java is big plus
*General IT skills
Other skills essential for this assignment:
*Ability to explain technically complex solutions in simple terms. Well organized and dependable.
*Ability to work with very little supervision.
*Ability to work well under pressure.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks.
*Excellent communication skills.
