Description: | A full-time position has arisen for an experienced software engineer in the Global Stock Loan Technology team,. The global group is responsible for delivering front-office and middle-office applications for Securities Lending, Yield Enhancement, Asset Optimization and Collateral Management trading and Sales desks. • Work with the Development team in defining best practices • Work on Strategic Projects for the Architecture Team to provide solutions Product Master Service, UI Framework, Rules Engine etc. • Develop strategic solutions for all stock loan platform. QUALIFICATIONS • Strong development skills (5-7 yrs) (.NET/C#, OOP, Design Patterns) • Strong Python Skills; Generators, Iterators, Classes; Threading, Processes; Locks and synchronization etc • Grid Concepts, Functional programming experience a plus • Understanding of Agile Concepts. • Ability to work with C/C++ Python libraries a plus • Experience with WPF • Strong database knowledge – Sybase and MS SQL • Experience with database performance and tuning a plus • Knowledge of the trade lifecycle (Trading, Middle Office, Settlements) a plus • Basic knowledge of stock loan / equity swaps a plus Email resume in Word to TheBigGameHunter@cisny.com.
