Description:    Should have significant experience within the strategy consulting sector with a strong understanding of operations, business models and strategies; with a minimum of 2 years' experience in energy consulting. Gas & Power knowledge is desirable but an understanding of the major issues driving the oil & gas business is key. 

Well-developed team building and influencing skills; unquestioned integrity; and the experience, confidence, and stature to effectively address client and business needs and challenges. 

Proven project leader with the ability to choose appropriate analytical resources for an assignment, oversee team progress during projects to assure professionalism, on-time completion and delivery of projects. 

A bachelor degree in business, finance/economics or engineering/science. An MBA or other advanced degree

Description:    Senior Interaction Design professional experienced in the design of complex software products and business systems. This is a unique opportunity to influence one of the most ubiquitous and influential software products in the marketplace. The position will directly report into the CTO Office. 

This is a position for the serious designer who thrives on being "in the trenches" responsible for designing and maintaining a collaborative environment across Product Management and Technology groups. You will ensure effective involvement of end users in early product definition, rapid evolution of design concepts and the formal evaluation and usability testing of proposed designs. 

The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience involving transactional interfaces. Ability to meet aggressive deadlines is a must. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and its varying methodologies is necessary for success. Experience on institutional finance projects involving transactional interfaces is a huge plus.
