At least 8+ years of business analysis experience is required. 
Expertise in educational data and metrics related technologies and strong business process analysis experience identifying end user needs while translating needs into concise functional specifications 
Demonstrated success in working with complex data analysis related to educational performance metrics for the development of student achievement reporting processes and technologies 
Demonstrated success in reviewing and evaluating software solutions for educational data system functions. 
Ability to transform data from a variety of sources and formats into data acceptable for the development of analysis related software 
Demonstrated capabilities synthesizing information from multiple resources coupled with proven expertise understanding the strengths, weaknesses and limitations of datasets or metrics 
Project management of more than one successful implementation of software solutions in one or more of these corporate system functions. 
Facilitates the coordination and consensus process for a large, diverse user community. 
Experience in educational software development organization in product development related capacity. 
Can demonstrate a record of creating and managing detailed organizational systems, and coordinating projects across a diverse group of stakeholders. 
Operates effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
High sense of urgency with ability to drive results. 
Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. 
Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and have exceptional writing and communicating skills. 
An internal consultant mindset, with proven experience and mastery of this approach is essential 
Ability to bridge communication amongst technical and non-technical project staff and stakeholders. 
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently. 
Strong presentation skills to all levels of leadership with proven expertise in managing meetings, presentations, and design sessions. Includes coordination of regular project and ad-hoc meetings and working sessions. 
Risk assessment, negotiation and problem resolution skills.

The individual will work directly with clients to transform their business problems into technology solutions. The goal is to support our clients' efforts to make their business units more effective and efficient and, where required, provide services in connection with the remediation and mitigation of process risk. Our experience is also important to the analysis of specific business requirements for alignment with technology architecture, technology infrastructure design, and vendor selection decisions that support the finance organizations of our clients. 

This position falls within our Tech Enablement Credit Risk team, which assists our clients in implementing technology solutions to meet their credit risk needs, specifically around Credit risk management, risk-adjusted performance measurement and capital management. Our services focus on several areas of technology including an evaluation of risk technology architecture, definition of requirements, system integration, testing and deployment. 

To qualify, candidates must have: 
• a bachelor's degree and approximately 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 1-2 years of related work experience 
• a degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred 
• a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services company 
• demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion and testing 
• strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills 
• ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
