Description:    The primary responsibility of this Bentonville, AR role is to provide a wide range of technical, analytical and administrative support to the Advanced sales team with management of workflow, sales reporting, key customer data and other various tasks. 

The incumbent will: 
• Review scorecards – weekly and as needed 
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators: Fill Rate, On Time, In Stock, Inventory 
• Serve as a contact for customer replenishment and buying staff 
• Implement new item set up and monitor all items information 
• POS Reporting –daily, weekly monthly, and as needed 
• Assist customer service with purchase order issues 
• Maintain project tracking (features, rollbacks, sell-thru, inventory, etc) 
• Monitor orders and Daily Sales Report 
• Must be Familiar with WERCS and Data Sync and be able to manage it 
• Enter packaging sustainability information 
• Assist warehouse with purchase order issues 
• Generate sales reports, invoices, POS data, store/item comb. etc for merchandising company 
• Deduction Management and Resolution 
• Must be proficient in understanding and managing DDs, Review times and C-Stock 
• Monitor Retail Link news, updates, etc also attend RLUG meetings 
• Provide all ad hoc reports from Retail Link as needed to team members 
• Assist with forecasts responsibilities 
• Determine store/qty script allocation 
• Manage all invoices via Purchasing card, SAP and Check Requests 
• Manage office supplies: paper, desk supplies, etc 
• Work with RTP office on standard, normal procedures (technical issues with our computers, follow up on paperwork, etc.) 
• Complete expense reimbursements 
• Complete tasks as needed in the local community (e.g. store trips) 
• Assist with projects by taking notes, recapping meetings, etc. 
• Complete all document management – copies of PowerPoint’s, CDs, etc. 
• Perform other job-related duties and work on special projects as assigned and required 
• Will assist in most national accounts. 

Candidate Must Have : BS degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant business analysis environment No Degree with 7+ years of experience,Understand and know how to use Retail Link,Must demonstrate competence in understanding the challenges of bridging data into relevant/useful information,This position requires the ability to proactively identify, analyze, and recommend opportunities for the sales organization,This position requires accuracy and timeliness in every aspect, including significant attention to detail. The incumbent must have highly proficient computer skills, especially in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel (Intermediate or above), Access, PowerPoint.
