· Cisco CVOICE and IPT product line expert. Cisco Call Manager, Unity, IPCC Express, CME, CUE, GK Trunk, and GW hand on experience. Rich knowledge in VoIP protocol SIP, H.323, MGCP, G.711, G.729, ISDN, T1 PRI, and T.38.
· WAN protocol MPLS, ATM, Frame Relay, PPP, HDLC, DS1, and DS3
· CCIE a must
· At least 7 years working in complex network environments and a CCIE with a telephony focus for the past 2 years.
· Will work internally and externally with the MNS group in supporting customer projects.

The Sr. Database Administrator is an integral member of the IT team and will be responsible for maintaining all Microsoft SQL 2000/2005 database servers.

 

Position Responsibilities:

·         Maintain multiple production, development and QA SQL-Servers and databases

·         Implement and enforce company-wide database security policy

·         Implement disaster mitigation/recovery strategy

·         Manage backup/recovery strategy for all database servers

·         Install, maintain and upgrade RDBMS software as required

·         Monitor and address database server performance issues

·         Work with analysts/developers on installing and maintaining 3rd-party software packages including helping to identify and resolve performance issues

·         Proactively plan for increased capacity and scalability

Duties
Provide telephone and at the desk support service for all users, ensuring that user calls are logged and addressed quickly and efficiently, escalating problems to other members of the team where necessary.
Provide technical support in the use of Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer, Blackberrys, Remote Access and Roaming.

Desirable
