Description: REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Risk Management, IT Management, or related 3+ years’ experience in customer interfacing from a business continuity and IT recovery management perspective preferably in the fields of banking and/or a related field
Technology background preferred
Strong knowledge of financial institution lending and service operations
Highly effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including formal presentations skills for executive audiences
Highly effective customer service, leadership, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment; motivate and work through others to accomplish tasks; and deal honestly and directly with others
Strong project management (including organization, planning and execution skills), as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in daily and long term assignments, including potential work during non-business hours, specifically during business continuity incidents and testing activities
Ability to analyze complex issues and translate these into clear and concise reports to facilitate decisions required from Senior Management
Must have strong interpersonal skills to including credibility, cooperativeness, and supportiveness; ability to build trust with Plan stakeholders, and other business management as applicable
Ability to develop strategy as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present to all levels, internal staff, and management
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project
Technical Knowledge of a BCM and Notification (Communicator NXT, Send Word Now, etc) Tool
Knowledge of Spanish a plus
