Description:    Responsible for incentive plan administration for various businesses under Consumer Credit Solutions (consumer credit card, personal loans and lines, direct auto, dealer services and commercial auto, retail services and education financial services). This includes monthly calculations, payouts and reporting. 

Interface with employees directly in answering any questions pertaining to their incentive plan calculation. 

Responsibilities include: 
- Work with business partners to collect financial data, performing high-level analysis, testing for accuracy, identifying and resolving complex problems 
- Ensure accurate variable compensation is calculated and paid monthly 
- Performing variance and trend analyses 
- Conduct in-depth testing of our incentive system 
- Communicating and providing guidance to employees regarding incentive plan calculation questions 
- Recommend business strategies or approaches and providing input to business strategic plans 

Basic Qualifications 
4+ years finance experience. 

Minimum Qualifications 
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting 
- 4+ years finance/accounting experience 
- Strong in MS Excel skills 
- Strong analytical skills 
- Research and problem solving skills 
- Extremely organized 
- Ability to multitask 
- Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written) 
- Ability to work independently 
- Deadline oriented 
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
- Must be flexible and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously 
- Ability to collaborate and influence others to help manage deadlines 
- Must provide excellent customer service at all points of customer contact 

Preferred Skills 
- Ability to clearly present findings to management 
- MS Access experience 
- Callidus Automated Incentive System experience is a plus 
- Worked with IT/Programmers in the past 
- Banking/Financial industry knowledge
