Description: Independently oversees multiple and large QRM projects that involve other internal/external areas on an ongoing and regular basis. 

Principal Responsibilities:

• Track approvals of relevant documents and follow-up on late and/or missing approvals. 
• Identify, address, and track to resolution, project issues and risks. 
• Create and/or update end user documentation as needed. 
• Track and report project progress, resources, etc. as required. 

Experience: 
7+ years of directly related experience with moderate to large projects ; Risk Management experience preferred 
Knowledge and Skills Required: 
• Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision 
• Ability to work well under pressure 
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 
• Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills 
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a team-oriented and collaborative environment 
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including management, clients, other departments, and vendors

Understand the banking system inquiries and tracers from customers, other departments, and correspondent banks normally collected by telephone, fax, telex, email, and SWIFT. Understand the process of bank’s inquiries, customers, forwarders, and correspondent banks regarding the status of the transaction. 

Ability to anticipate, plan and independently prioritize work to meet the productivity, error rate and operational loss standards for Trade Service Operations. 

Adhere to processing deadlines established to ensure compliance with the department’s demonstrations and request for information and commitments. 

Provide outstanding presentation of the products at all times. Complete duties, meet deadlines and enhance projects as assigned by management. 

Summary of Requirements: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Exceptional customer service skills. 

• Able to present in front of 5-10 people.
