Responsibilities
Oncology Deal Committee (ODC) Secretary, responsible for organizing the ODC agenda, meetings, meeting minutes, tracking action items
Lead for BD&L input to OBU strat plan, Pharma and Group strategic reviews such as Top 3 Assets, M&A target list, pipeline reviews, etc.
Lead and support CDx and oncology BD&L projects (S&E, negotiations, alliance management)
Point person for BD&L process documents and audit related matters
Responsible for ECC BD&L update reports
Interface to Pharma Deal Leadership Team (DLT), Group Deal Committee (DC), ECN and BoD approval process
Managing logistics for BD&L Ad Boards
Coordinating overall BD&L conference/meeting coverage
Managing OBU BD&L Project Tracker and DLT Priority Report
Effectively work with Global Head of BD&L and team and contribute to making BD&L a well-oiled machine
Effective interface with key internal and external stakeholders, representing BD&L
Orderly and efficient input to various senior management strategic review documents
Effective project lead/support for CDx and oncology projects
Orderly and timely delivery of well vetted ODC pre-reads, productive and efficient ODC meeting, clear minutes and consistent follow-up on action items
Satisfactory audits
BD&L updates well received by ECC
Orderly and efficient interactions with various governance processes
Efficient and cost effective BD&L Ad Boards

Description:    Hands-on security consultant with a breadth of IT security experience in mixed platform environments. This role is within the Information Security Consulting team and reports to its Team Leader. Evaluate, provide guidance and expertise on the review of existing and design of new solutions. You should be competent in a wide spectrum of Information Security areas, used to work in an international firm, preferably with a financial sector background.
 
REQUIREMENTS
6+ years of experience in security consulting with a proven track record of problem solving in a distributed heterogeneous and global environment, and will:
•       Strong knowledge of and practical experience with Windows, Linux and networks including mobile technologies
•       Deep understanding of infrastructure and application security testing, identification of vulnerabilities and remediation
•       Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and methodologies
•       Experience in deploying resilient enterprise level Information Security solutions comprising firewalls, Load Balancers, Intrusion/Prevention Detection solutions, SIMs/SIEMs, proxies, Citrix, etc.
•       Able to translate technical issues into business language and vice versa • Have a clear understanding and working knowledge of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS
•       Exposure and knowledge of Mobile Device Management solutions
•       Be cognizant of legal and regulatory constraints across various world jurisdictions
•       A relevant IT degree and CISSP. Audit and risk methodology certifications are a plus

Position Details:
• Install, manage, and support Linux (RHEL, CentOS) servers.
• Manage VMware environment including vSphere, Site Recovery Manager, vCenter Operations Manager, VEEAM Backup and Recovery, and Zimbra email
• Setup and administer open source servers: Apache, Tomcat, MySQL.
• Perform configuration management across Linux servers using Spacewalk and scripts.
• Assist with SAN storage, backup/recovery, and network administration.
• Develop and maintain scripts for process automation, systems and database administration, and reporting.
• Resolve complex issues or problems that impact, VMware, Linux, MySQL database, SAN and network environments.

Experience Profile:

• Proficient scripting skills (Python preferred).
• Experience with network monitoring and performance management tools.
• Understanding of TCP/IP Suite (TCP, UDP, IP, ICMP) and SNMP.
