Must have scrum experience. 

Should come from consulting or an educational firm. 

Provide custom technology solution development and integration across the SDLC including gathering requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, integration, testing, training, and deployment.
Participate in / lead client meetings and workshops to understand and translate business objectives into functional and technical specifications on projects representing 2 to 20 person-years effort. 
Develop business models for client requirements; identify potential roadblocks and risks to implementing custom solutions and ways to work around them. 
Apply knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers. 
Establish and maintain relationships within the business and functional teams—client and internal. Communicate status, solutions and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team and across functions. Work with internal teams to get feedback on current operations and requirements for new features. 
Steer and oversee the completion of customer solutions and systems based on the analysis of the customer's business goals, objectives, needs, and general business environment. 

Requirements of Senior Consultant: 

Candidate must possess a Bachelors degree in engineering or other quantitative discipline or relevant work experience in business system applications or related field. 
2-6 years of experience in a systems, management or strategy consulting firm. 
Hands-on knowledge of project management and software development methodologies is required. 
Ability to effectively communicate IT needs, questions, and feedback to non-IT team members/clients are essential. 
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (including designers, software developers, architects, documentation and change management) to design, develop and implement technical solutions. 
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills, problem solving and trouble shooting skills are required. 
Strong client management skills are required. 
Experience leading and managing consulting projects of varying size, complexity and length while delivering quality work on time with multiple, competing priorities. 
Creativity, with an eye to developing new and innovative solutions. 
Travel required and can be a significant amount at times.

Series 7 & 63 and Insurance Licenses Required. 

These individuals will go through a 6-week training program 3 weeks in Charlotte, NC (company-paid flights home each weekend; 3 weeks in NYC) 
are managing assigned individual relationships with high net worth clients. 

Should show the ability to build a book of clients (down the road), put together a detailed financial plan, draw a pie chart depicting how they have invested for their clients, etc. 

Performance-based bonuses are paid each February for the preceding year. Stellar performers can earn 100% bonuses. There are Advisors who earn over $300K. 

They do want people who are collegial team players and who like to work in a very structured environment. 

These individuals should have managed AUM (assets under management) of at least $25 million and at least 300 people. Their definition of High Net Worth individuals is a minimum of $500K per individual. These are the minimum levels and experiences needed for these positions 


No Relocations for these positions… 

· Manage assigned individual relationships with high net worth clients across all products and services focusing on building book of business and retaining assets 
· Build and solidify client relationships pre and post retirement through a distinctive experience that leverages the unique value proposition of the Wealth Management Group's business 
· Serves as The Organization’s primary point of contact for High Net Worth and affluent clients and institutional key influencers 

Qualifications 


· Bachelors degree 
· NASD Series 7 and 66 (or combination of 63 and 65) and appropriate State insurance licenses 
· Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Mutual Fund Consultant (CMFC), preferred 
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial sales capacity providing financial planning services to high net worth clients 
· Proven track record in generating sales and managing relationships with high net worth clients, including broad technical skills in retirement products, general investment matters and applicable tax and estate planning issues 
· Demonstrated experience understanding a client's unique financial situation, providing appropriate advice and solutions, and exhibiting financial leadership. 
· Excellent interpersonal skills and client face-to-face relationship building skills as well as a team player 
· Experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus

Consultants are usually deployed at one project at a time, stretching several weeks to several months. Project Manager /Strategy Consulting
