My client wants to build and maintain long-term customer relationships as we expand our product and service offerings. This person will have responsibilities which encompass all facets of the services which we offer, from assistance with applications, to funds and banking issues, to trade inquiries. 

Responsibilities 
Act as liaison to top-tier clients, including financial advisors, premium retail customers, financial institutions and hedge funds, striving to provide solutions to inquiries while complying with all policies, practices and procedures. 
Problem management with focus on wide scale service issues. Core competences include: handling trade-related issues, trade and margin analysis, account management and funding, product (cash market, equities and derivatives) and exchange knowledge (global), technical services, securities regulations. 
Internal coordinator to various departments such as technical operations and programming, analyzing and escalating issues appropriately. 

Qualifications 
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent work experience. The candidate must possess general market knowledge in futures, options, and the equities markets. 

Experience: 3 years financial industry experience preferred with client services background required 

Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate excellent analytical and problem resolution skills. 

Computer Skills: Working knowledge of PC technologies, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Databases. Programming and/or UNIX experience a plus. 

Registrations: NASD Series 7. Series 55, 63 desirable.

The Pricing Group is responsible for doing the valuations of derivatives securities. The team must deal with Operations and P&L on a daily basis to resolve pricing issues and are soon moving into selling Risk Management Services (to be released this year). 

The candidate will be expected to be the point person in the valuation group for all ABS related security questions, reporting to the Global Head of Valuation and Risk. The responsibilities will include building up our ability in valuing all asset backed securities traded by our clients by researching and recommending systems, analysis software, market data and other components as needed. The candidate should have more than 5 years experience in valuation and risk for asset backed securities, preferably both cash and synthetic. Candidate should have strong knowledge of the market conventions, current trading environment, commonly used systems like Intex and be very comfortable discussing valuation issues with traders and portfolio managers. 


Education, Qualifications and Experience 
Candidate should be well-versed with Excel VBA/SQL and other programming languages and if necessary, be able to build simple models to estimate reasonability of marks.

We're looking more for untapped potential than seasoned experience – besides becoming a data & design whizz, the ideal candidate will have a keen desire to learn more about trading operations and accounting, especially how fund administration is effected by the company's technology platforms. The position is most suited to a fast learner with an excellent ability to digest & understand new material quickly, working in an unstructured work environment. Excellent written and oral skills, with an emphasis on effectively conveying data concepts to business audiences. 

Business Analyst will join our team of developer/analysts to collaborate on a variety of challenges facing the group, including data modeling, trade life cycle tactical application development, data parsing tools, spreadsheet redesign/porting, database design, operations processes and project management. 
Education, Qualifications and Experience
