REQUIREMENTS​

Bachelor degree in Information Technology

5+ years of experience designing,

implementing, and operating network security controls.

Hands-on experience with networking

equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.

5 years practical experience Computer Information Systems Security Professional certification (CISSP) and/or Cisco security certifications preferred

Solid understanding of security concepts, principles and practices, including fundamental knowledge of OSI model and intrusion detection Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining network security and network systems including LANs/WANs/VPNs/Firewalls and IDS's

Experience with firewall/IDS installation, configuration, troubleshooting and on-going

management

 

Experience

 

Security investigations and Forensics

Experience with some or all common security and network security products such as CheckPoint Firewall-1, Netscreen, Cisco PIX, ISS products, Enterasys, Symantec products, etc.

Cisco UC Engineer Des Moines, IA

Experience:

3+ years configuring and supporting complex Cisco IPT solutions with Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection Voice Mail, Cisco Presence Server

2+ years hands on support of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) preferred

Strong experience troubleshooting Cisco Routers and Switches (2800 thru 3900 series)

Microsoft Exchange 2003-2010 integration support with Unity Connection

H.323, SIP and/or MGCP deployment and support experience

Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem isolation within Telecommunications infrastructures: FXO/FXS/PRI/T1/PRI Circuits & Signaling Protocols

Prior experience designing, administering, or supporting LAN/WAN and VoIP infrastructures

Experience configuring and troubleshooting Voice Gateways

Experience working with VMware ESXi Hypervisor 4.x or higher

Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) and InformaCast a plus

 

Will be responsible for planning, and implementing VoIP consulting engagements. Primary focus is  to implement and support VoIP installations. Will also be tasked with general network support i.e. security, routing, switching, wireless etc. Another part of this role would be to provide mentoring, training, and support for all sales staff. Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) and InformaCast is a PLUS.
