Description:    The position is direct “hands-on” position responsible for structural and analysis of all-metal and composite over wrap pressure vessels. It also requires the supervision of personnel. Core expertise in Finite Element and closed form solutions in structural analysis and a working knowledge of metallurgy and metal forming processes are essential to the position. 

Structural analysis failure criteria are developed internally and are often non-conventional in nature and highly aggressive, as compared to methods and databases used in more traditional applications of structures designed on stiffness/deflection criteria. 

The position requires the ability to review high level system performance requirements and develop engineered solutions in the form of component definition. 
Candidate Must Have : BS degree in Engineering, Aerospace and 15+ years direct related experience, A/MS degree in Engineering, Aerospace and 12+ years experience, Expertise in Finite Element and structural analysis. Working knowledge of metallurgy and metal forming processes.
