Overall 5+ Yrs of IT Experience. 
· ·Candidate must know Summit FT v 5.6 
· The candidate is needed to work on the Summit upgrade project and other enhancements related to Summit application. 
· Candidate should have experience in Summit FT deployment, Configuration in PROD/DR Site. 
· Experience in Treasury area would be an added advantage and should be familiar with the asset classes/products IRS, Swaption, FRA, TRS, Caps/Floor/Collars etc. 
· Candidate should be familiar with implementation of Summit features of CCP, LEI, Multi-Currency 
· Candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in developing applications on the UNIX (preferably Solaris) platform using C, C++, Shell and Oracle. 
· Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working in financial domain using third party API in the UNIX environment. 
· The candidate needs to be familiar with the windows based development tools (MS-Access, ODBC), XML, Source management tools (SCCS) and reporting tools. 
· Candidate should have financial knowledge and should have prior experience working with the financial applications. 
· Candidate should be able to translate high level business requirements in to detailed specifications before development. 
· Candidate should have thorough understanding of RDBMS concepts and should have prior work experience using Oracle. 
· Candidate must be able to multi task with their workload and assignments. 
· Candidates should have strong communication skills and be a team player. 
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills is must. 
· Experience in Onsite / offshore model. 

Job Roles / Responsibilities: 
· The candidate is needed to work on the Summit upgrade project and other enhancements related to Summit application. 
· The candidate should be able to quickly understand the Summit implementation at NT and participate in the requirement definition, development and testing effort required for the Summit Upgrade project. 
· Understand the Summit API and work on upgrading all the current programs, interfaces and reports generated from Summit application. 
· Candidate should be able to provide support during Parallel Run, Deployment in PROD/DR environment and Post Go-Live support. 
· Perform Gap Analysis between current and target version of Summit for the upgrade for the asset classes/products IRS, Swaption, FRA, TRS, Caps/Floor/Collars etc. 
· Candidate should be able to implement latest Summit FT features of CCP, LEI, Multi-Currency. 
· The candidate will be required to coordinate with other technical teams, DBAs and SAs on the upgrades to the operating system and DB software. 
· Should be able to translate the high-level functional requirements in to IT deliverables. 
· Work closely with the business users for gathering the requirements. 
· Will need to perform enhancements to meet user requirements and complete such work in a timely manner as agreed to with the user group. 
· Promptly escalate issues to NT managers to ensure resolution.
