Loan Administrator--US Corporates NYC

Rate:   $50K - $60K + bonus

        Description:    Operational Abilities 
• Interpret credit agreements and related documentation 
• Experienced in all varieties of loan servicing including agency services and funding responsibilities 
• Manage a deal portfolio of 80-100 facilities 
• Follow instructions very well; detail-oriented 
• Understand all aspects of deal/loan administration functions and tasks 
Loan IQ Responsibilities 
• Direct working knowledge of LIQ, specifically in the area of loan administration 
• Construct bilateral and syndicated deal structures in LIQ including amending existing deal structures 
• Construct fixed rate loans and manage airline lease transactions in LIQ 
• Trouble-shoot basic LIQ functional problems/issues 
• Basic knowledge of general ledger account structure and LIQ sub-ledger accounts 
• Ad-Hoc Query and Ticklers 

EXPERIENCE: 
Experience/Abilities 
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experienced in loan administration 
• Project management skills 
• Highly organized approach in meeting job requirements 
• Follows instructions very well; detail-oriented 
• Team-oriented; willingness back-up and cross-train on all departmental functions 
Communication 
• Communicates well orally and in writing 
• Experienced in effective communication with external and internal customers; has experience interfacing with agent banks, relationship managers and treasury personnel 
SKILLS: 
• Four-year college degree with a minimum of 2-3 years in banking 
Computer Skills 
• Strong or expert knowledge of LIQ 
• Strong or expert knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
