S/he will also collaborate on story boards, wire frames, and interface flow model documents using the Agile process. 

S/he should have 2-5 years experience as a User Interface (Front end) Developer, strong knowledge of HTML/XHMTL, CSS and JavaScript, and knowledge of table-less CSS2 positioning for 508 Compliancy

M&A Tax professionals provide transaction support throughout the M&A lifecycle including: deal structuring to accomplish our clients' value realization goals; tax due diligence findings, tax structuring observations, tax comments on legal contracts, tax comments on financial model; input into contract and credit negotiations; transaction closing and funds flow assistance; post-transaction activities and merger integration; tax restructuring; tax ruling requests and divestiture assistance. 

This position requires the ability to identify and understand complex tax issues through reading term sheets, purchase agreements, tax returns and financial statements, and to evaluate the business, financial and accounting implications of such tax issues as they relate to specific transactions. Successful candidates must be familiar with the tax consulting process and possess the skills necessary for the effective diagnosis, development and implementation of solutions to meet clients' tax needs. In addition, they must have demonstrated ability to direct complex tax research and formulate tax-planning strategies. This position involves extensive tax research involving complex technical tax issues across a broad spectrum of federal tax law (e.g. Subchapter C, Subchapter K, consolidated returns, taxable and non taxable transactions, international tax, executive compensation, etc.)

Compensation Managers will work on a number of market offerings including: 

• Compensation program design

Specifically, a Compensation Senior Manager may perform the following job responsibilities: 

• Lead total cash compensation studies for a variety of public and private sector clients. 
• Lead the development of base pay and incentive compensation program design. 
• Lead M&A integration projects focusing on program and job harmonization. 
• Model financial impact of compensation plans in support of compensation plan analysis and design. 
• Lead compensation function process definition and organization structure design projects. 
• Collaborate with clients to conduct performance metrics studies. 
• Prepare client reports including exhibits and summaries. 
• Lead significant portions of large client projects and workstreams. 


Project Management Support 
• Direct work of total rewards analysts and consultants. 
• Manage mid-sized projects with minimal direction. 

Other

Preferred Qualifications: 
• 10 years of experience in a compensation consulting firm 
• 10 years of experience with broad base pay 
• Strong technical skills 
• Experience writing proposals and participating in business development activities 
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment 
• Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision 
• Strong written, verbal and quantitative skills 
• Ability to lead and direct staff 
• Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
• Willingness to travel at least 80% 

Required Qualifications: 
• Bachelors degree 
• At least 10 years of experience in compensation in the public or private sector or a compensation consulting background

The responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

• Manage the development of negotiation strategies based on market research
