Successful candidates must be familiar with the tax consulting process and possess the skills necessary for the effective diagnosis, development and implementation of solutions to meet clients' tax needs. In addition, they must have demonstrated ability to direct complex tax research and formulate tax-planning strategies. This position involves extensive tax research involving complex technical tax issues across a broad spectrum of federal tax law (e.g. Subchapter C, Subchapter K, consolidated returns, taxable and non taxable transactions, international tax, executive compensation, etc.)

Required Qualifications:
