The Program Manager will be responsible for the Program Management function for the Electric Power system for one or more of the following sub-system elements: Primary Power Distribution System (PPDS), Remote Power Distribution System (RPDS) and High Voltage DC (HVDC) system. Responsible for overall management of one or more of these major sub-systems to include: customer interface and reporting, program planning and budgeting including Earned Value Management using standard EVMS tools, manpower estimates, staffing, product cost, reliability, execution to established schedules and budgets, Risk Management and coordination with support organizations.

BS/MSME or BS/MSEE with MBA or equivalent a plus. Minimum ten (10) years experience in an appropriate engineering discipline or functional equivalent. Minimum five (5) years experience in the development of advanced Aerospace Electric Power systems for commercial or military aircraft. Experience with development of electric power systems for Boeing aircraft is a strong plus. Established and demonstrated program or project management skills in an aerospace environment. Established and demonstrated strong leadership skills in a high intensity program environment.

Candidate Must Have :

* Leadership within a large program environment

� Performs complex accounting duties accurately and on a timely basis, according to generally accepted accounting principles.
� Trains and provide work direction less experienced members of the team, as necessary.
� Coordinates department projects, as necessary.
� Recommends methods and procedures to improve the functioning of the accounting area.
� Works closely with personnel in other departments to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
� Manage communications with foreign entities to ensure appropriate inclusion and in the Company�s ledger and consistency with the Company�s processes, procedures, and methodologies.
� Completion of assigned work timely and accurately.

FINANCIAL TASKS
� Preparation and/or review of various financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, etc. (some will be routine and some will be ad hoc). Preparation and/or review of monthly consolidation and financial statements.
� Preparation and review of balance sheet account analysis.
� Preparation and/or review of journal entries.
� Responsible to ensure that all balance sheet accounts are analyzed on a timely basis.
� Responsible for preparing, maintaining, reviewing, and/or inputting the monthly/quarterly/annual schedules provided to the parent company.
� Primary signatory for disbursements to ensure validity and accuracy.
� Responsible for the management and reconciliation of the tax accounts. This includes coordination with the parent company and other taxing authorities to provide information as necessary and address any concerns.
� Establish, modify, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
� Lead coordination for any audits (internal or external).

SYSTEM TASKS
� Maintenance of the Company�s general ledger system.
� Maintenance of the interaction and bi-directional information flow of the Company�s general ledger system with the parent company�s general ledger system.

Position Requirements
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics with Accounting emphasis, as well as a minimum of 5 years of professional experience (Big Four experience preferred). CPA required. Candidates must be detail oriented, possess solid interpersonal abilities as well as strong communications and project management skills. The ability to complete work tasks effectively and efficiently with general or specific guidance is required.

S/he collaborates with application development teams on various database issues and takes a lead role in problem resolution. Minimum 3-5 years experience required. Job holder must have extensive knowledge of and experience with designing, implementing, supporting, and tuning database management structures (relational, hierarchical, distributed) and their associated platforms. S/he must also have experience in data manipulation, normalization, storage allocation, fragmentation and replication for distributed databases. Job holder must have thorough knowledge of company's total computing environment and the considerations for data migration, integration and transport across diverse platforms
S/he must be an experienced troubleshooter of database hardware, software and/or communications problems.
