Tax Senior Managers use their experience in accounting and taxation to provide compliance and consulting services to corporate and individual clients. They must be familiar with the tax consulting process and the professionalism necessary for the effective diagnosis, solution, development and implementation of clients' tax needs. Senior Mangers have the opportunity to develop and pursue creative strategies while using the latest technologies.
Senior Managers in our practice conduct day-to-day management of accounts by delivering all tax consulting services to the client and bringing in specialists when necessary. Primary responsibilities include overseeing complex tax research projects for clients in diverse industries; participation in engagements requiring tax analysis for a variety of entities and their affiliates; research and analysis of a wide range of tax issues related to business transactions and tax implications of financing techniques; and tax-planning responsibilities for our corporate and individual clients. Senior Managers supervise assignments by the professional accountants serving as Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers. They have responsibility for the development and motivation of engagement staff by providing them with leadership, counseling and career guidance. They have extensive technical experience and have developed their reputation in a given industry/service line.
· 8 or more years of public accounting experience or equivalent in law firms or industry
· Excellent Research and Writing skills
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field
· Prior Big 4 experience a plus
· Proven, excellent interaction skills with management/executive presence
· CPA, Enrolled Agent or other appropriate certification required
· Advanced Degree preferred: MST, MAcc, JD or LL.M
· Some travel may be required

The Business Analyst/Program Manager will be a member of Sales CRM Technology that is responsible for the development and support of CRM / Event Management applications.Primary responsibilities will include:
Business Analyst:
§ Translates business needs into technical requirements and ensures all systems support and conform to business needs and specifications.
§ Defining the scope and impact of projects and effectively communicates the impact on the organization. Defines and evaluates problems and plans effective solutions.
§ Assists in defining the scope and impact of projects and effectively communicates the impact on the organization.
§ Expected to have in-depth capital markets product knowledge.
§ Acts as liaison between business unit and software and hardware developers and vendors
Key Selection Criteria
The business analyst must:
§ Possess 4-6 years of professional experience within the financial services industry, including 2-4 years focused on business analysis.
§ Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, and be very capable with financial analysis and productivity tools such as Excel. Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills are also essential.
§ Have several years of practical, hands-on experience as a business analyst, and therefore have insight into how to improve processes around requirements scope, definition and requirements gathering,
§ Be able to interact comfortably with and gain the confidence of senior managers. Candidate must put people at ease when necessary and instill a high degree of trust quickly and genuinely.
§ Function effectively in cross-functional teams to ensure that critical work is owned and completed in a timely manner. In general, candidate must aptly manage day-to-day interactions and relationships with a diverse group of colleagues.
