· Conduct Feasibility studies for new/ upcoming projects in the Equity Derivatives space. 

· Work with the business to drive requirements gathering, functional analysis & design of end-to-end business work flow 

· Act as a principle interface with the technical team as business requirements are translated to technical design 

· Conduct System Integration Testing and assist users throughout the User Acceptance Testing phase of the project 



Skill Set 

· Excellent knowledge of business process analysis, design and modeling techniques, to include UML, Agile Modeling, etc 

· Detailed knowledge of global markets and securities (Swaps, listed equities, options, futures, convertibles, preferred, warrants, indexes, upcoming ) required 

· Worked in OTC confirmation space with DTCC/Swapswire. 

· SQL Skills essential. Technical Aptitude desired. 

· Good written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to communicate effectively and concisely with the business 

· Works well under pressure to provide deliverables timely and to a high standard 

· Ability to work well in a team, building the team dynamic, fostering excellence 

· Strong problem solving skills 

· 7+ years of experience in Investment Banking Industry required. At least 2 years of experience in Equity Derivatives space as a Business Analyst required.
