Primary Skills:        
Description:    Senior architect/developer/technical lead with understanding of system design/architecture 

- Critical: Ability to engage with multiple teams to discussion solutions and facilitate ideas 

- Critical: Highly skilled with SQL, database design, indexes, triggers, schemas, etc 

- Important: Experience with an upgrade of SQLServer 2000 to 2005 to 2008 (or some portion thereof) 

- Important: Knowledge of Python 

- Knowledge of ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Tibco 

- Familiarity with Reporting Services (ideally SSRS…but Bus Objects, Actuate, Crystal would be a plus) 

- Familiarity with Agile 

- Nice to have: Experience with database performance tuning software 

- Nice to have: 5 yr + Development experience (design & build, cash and securities) with Reconciliation Software such as Recon Plus, Frontier, Intellimatch, etc 

- Nice to have: Web experience with recon platforms would be a plus 

- Nice to have: Knowledge of Financial Markets 

- Strong in Agile methodologies 

- Proficient in test driven development & automated testing
