Description: Responsible for cultivating exceptional student affinity and serve as the lead brand advocate within the client for all contact points with students.

Influencer. Comfortable working independently, and with executives across multiple functions in the client 
Problem-solver. Focused on developing effective solutions that can be readily delivered by the client 

Qualifications 
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution required. MBA or Master's degree preferred 
7-10 years of work relevant work experience required 
Management/corporate consulting, online education, or consumer-focused products background preferred 
Knowledge of non-traditional higher education is a plus 
Solid business analytics experience, with strategic as well as operational focus 
Highly personable and outgoing, and able to work effectively with various functional groups 
Energetic self-starter 
Solution-oriented 

Will be responsible to: 

Define appropriate metrics to track current and predictive levels of student satisfaction, and track organizational success relative to these measures 
Evaluate operational policies and processes that impact students' perceptions of client's brand, particularly as related to quality, responsiveness, and ease-of-use 
Proactively analyze data and identify areas of concern that could negatively impact student satisfaction 
Work with each of the functional areas of the organization to create and implement solutions that improve student satisfaction and loyalty, and help increase revenue. Ensure all programs/ projects are executed rigorously, and benefits are achieved 
Develop optimal approach and channel(s) for students to utilize various University services 
Implement a knowledge management capability that provides a world-class self-service experience for all students 
Be the advocate for the student within the University 
Provide guidance in developing the organizational structure and staffing of key roles, to ensure the mindset of "student first" is continuously delivered throughout the organization and is believed by the students 
Potentially lead university-wide workforce management and quality assurance operations 
Keep up-to-date on industry knowledge as well as the competitive posture of the University
