Responsibilities:
Implement activities and report all abnormal events to management
Work on implementation within Network and Data Center space
Responsible for maintaining all documentation for the data centers
Maintain a crucial Change Management role when it comes to Network configurations & Data Center Activity.
Maintain a broad range of technical and business knowledge
Work with a team of experts in both fields of Change/Configuration Management as well as Data Center expertise
Responsible for maintaining numerous processes that will effect all internal and external customers
Main role is to support the Data Centers as well as support in the network area.
Position will be working 2nd shift hours

Performance monitoring software company is searching for Solution Delivery professionals for NYC, Chicago and Denver. These positions will be responsible for the implementation of products.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø The Consultant will be able to work on his own and team with the Project Manager to help drive product deployment to successful completion. The engagements typically consist of analysis, planning, implementing, training (knowledge transfer) and customer mentoring.
Ø Account Management. The Consultant will help manage customer expectations during the implementation, address issues if possible, and escalate them if necessary.
Ø Promoting solutions internally and making recommendations for product upgrades.


Essential Education, Experience and Skills:
Ø Technical BS degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
Ø Requires minimum of 4 years experience delivering solutions in an enterprise software environment or equivalent industry experience
Ø Experience managing issues, projects, deadlines, documentations in a client facing environment.

Specialized Knowledge - Solution Delivery experience:

Ø Knowledge of multi-tier web applications, application servers, relational databases, and protocols and standards such as J2EE, HTTP, SSL, XML, JDBC, SQL.
Ø Proven hands-on experience installing and configuring complex software products on site, in Unix and Windows server environments.
Ø Good understanding of software performance fundamentals.
Ø Experience with the analysis, investigation and discovery process of both technical and business requirements and architecture existing within the client organization.
Ø Preferred some experience in the implementation of Enterprise Wide solutions and applications (driving understanding of the impacts, functional and technical requirements around a clients business and technology)
Ø IT Consulting experience a strong plus

Technical:

I. Lease Negotiations
-Coordination with the Sector CRM's and Management to identify existing and planned excess space resulting from changing business requirements and environment.
-Work with the Company outsource vendor to determine marketing strategies for excess or vacant locations and make a determination if the outsource vendor has the adequate resources to complete the project in the location in question and within proposed time parameters.
-Provide management oversight in the negotiation of all tenant leases and subleases and for each negotiated lease termination or divestiture. Secure reviews and approvals from other Company groups to proposed transactions.
-Provide management oversight in the negotiation of Leases and related legal documents required to finalize each transaction negotiated. Oversee outsource vendor and legal counsel activities.
-Review and approve financial analyses of all transactions prepared by the Company¿s outsource vendor and secure approval of Management to all transactions.
-Participate in strategic planning related to portfolio strategy as required. Identify opportunities to reduce real estate costs through portfolio rationalization. Present objectives and make recommendations to management.
-Review and approve Real Estate Justifications and other documents prepared by the Company¿s outsource vendor for all negotiated transactions.

II. Reporting Requirements
-Review and approve all tenant credit risk forms, activity reports and status reports for submission to Division Head
-Review and approve real estate justification and financial analyses required for MER preparation prior to submission to the Line of Business Finance Department.
-Insure original executed documents, letters of agreement and related documents are received by the Lease Administration Department and that necessary additions, deletions, or amendments are made to the data base to confirm to all such documents.
-Prepare and provide performance evaluation reports for the Company outsource vendor.
-Provide information as required to the lines of business for their annual real estate occupancy budget and forecast Provide information specific to expiring leases, new or expanded locations, restoration obligations required for new locations or locations the Company is exiting.
-Maintain communications with appropriate management to communicate progress, changes and issues that arise

Education / Experience
-10 years experience in Corporate Real Estate
-Extensive knowledge of commercial Leases and real estate practices
-Domestic experience required, international experience a plus
-Proficiency in computer data base management, REM experience a plus
-Proficiency in comparative analyses of real estate transactions
-Proficient in Word and Excel
-Strong Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
-Ability to travel

Candidate will be responsible for supporting all technical aspects of the website. This would include, but not be limited to: working with the Web Team to implement new layouts and designs, modify templates and image content, work with Epicor|CRS to achieve desired results, work with hosting vendor to improve site performance and resolve issues in a timely manner. Requirements:

Experience: Experience with XHTML, ASP. Net, CSS, Javascript, DHTML, and AJAX, SQL

Experience analyzing external or internal websites, knowledge of streaming video, Flash, and other product demonstration methodologies.
