This business unit provides equipment financing to healthcare companies. The successful candidate is responsible for originating and completing equipment finance transactions in the Central US supporting Territory Managers and Relationship Managers, as well as direct originations providing excellent customer service in the process. 

Basic Qualifications 
5+ years experience in equipment finance leasing with an understanding of credit and documentation. 

Minimum Qualifications 
Demonstrated experience in lease pricing, negotiation and closing transactions. In-depth understanding of credit issues requiring technical ability to analyze and interpret financial statements. Professional sales, negotiation and presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term internal and external business relationships. Strong PC skills. 

5 plus years of success providing financial services to healthcare customers including direct providers of healthcare services 

Preferred Skills 
Bank experience, vendor experience 

Although they would someone who meets the minimum requirements, they will accept someone who meets the basic requirements.

Description:    This is a high level role with deep technical skill required to manage Cisco, EMC, & VMware based client support offerings. The primary function of the role is to be the trusted technical advisor for a select handful of clients. The role requires onsite presence and an understanding of each client’s business needs and how they relate to the technologies being supported. Storage and server capacity planning & provisioning. Ability to recommend and integrate vendor best practices as pertains to the client. Develop & document day-to-day processes for provisioning and handling of requests for storage & compute resources. Understanding of EMC RecoverPoint and VMware SRM to ensure that the company is continuing to meet its disaster recovery/high-availability objectives. 

Additional Cisco Routing/Switching, Cisco ASA, and Cisco UC experience is highly desirable. 

Must be able to work independently (primarily) and as part of a team 

The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for ensuring overall client support satisfaction and managing client expectations 

As a seasoned expert, you will accept issues that are escalated to them from various entry points. 

A high degree of understanding Data Center Technologies including but not limited too: EMC Unisphere, CLARiiON, Clerra, RecoverPoint, VMware vSphere, SRM, Cisco UCS blade systems, capacity planning. 

Travel is primarily limited to the Tri-State(NY/NJ/CT) area, 90% of time is spent on site at customer locations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

Education: Bachelors Degree in Science or Engineering REQUIRED 
Masters or Ph.D. Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration PREFERRED. 

Experience: Technical knowledge needed to develop, test and manufacture these products. Technical management skills-budgeting, planning, schedule management, forecasting, tracking and communicating. Ability to lead a product development team and direct the activities of support departments. Ability to provide effective performance and developmental feedback, establish goals and resolve personnel issues. Good oral and technical writing communication skills. Must be able to work in a team environment
