Qualifications

Preferred Skills
-Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, or related field.
-Familiarity with financial and management reporting processes/methodologies.
-Strong knowledge of automation and scheduling software.
-Prior experience with Star schema design and relational database modeling in Oracle or SQL Server.
 
Responsible for leading design, development and implementation of enterprise wide or line of business Essbase solutions including data models and/or ETL designs. Consult with business and IT liaisons to solve complex technical problems, develop and implement data mart strategies and optimize the performance of Essbase and/or On-Line Analytical Processing (BI/OLAP) applications. Assesses effectiveness of deployed solutions and identifies ways to increase the use of Essbase or BI/OLAP solutions within the organization. Designs automated processes for execution in a production environment.

REQUIREMENTS
 
A minimum of 4 years of engineering experience in a metallurgical laboratory environment is required.
 
Direct experience working with root cause investigation tools (i.e. Fault trees, fishbone, DoX, etc.) is required,experience with engineering design practice
 
NDT methods
 
Material and manufacturing processing techniques is preferred.
 
Investigate distressed engine components to document and identify the distress mode, and recommend corrective action. This involves a thorough assessment of the component’s condition, including conformance to material, manufacturing, design and assembly specifications. This position provides the opportunity to work with a wide range of commercial, military and developmental engine components.
 
This position requires  experience in laboratory assessment techniques including optical microscopy, fractography, SEM/EDS analysis, hardness testing, image analysis and metallographic techniques. Prior experience in the investigation or characterization of aerospace alloy systems, i.e. titanium alloys and nickel-based superalloys, is preferred.
 
Outstanding communication skills will be needed to successfully provide the required oral communications, presentations and written reports to our internal and external customers. Basic PC skills are necessary, i.e. MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

Business liaison to physician practices to ensure that Healthcare Information System (HIS) applications function as intended.  Play a major role in researching and resolving software problems as part of daily operational support.  The System Analyst is responsible for the overall design, implementation, training, documentation, operation and support of assigned HIS applications, databases, interfaces and reports.  Must also be familiar with the server configuration, client installation, data transfer formats and application backup & recovery procedures for these applications.  Duties also include the maintenance and advancement of HIS applications; the planning, implementing, testing and training on eClinicalWorks applications; and the investigation, resolution and notification of issues escalated through Help Desk tickets.

Description:   
Business owner of projects. This position leads and coordinates implementation projects and optimization efforts and its eClinicalWorks (eCW) Practice Management (PM) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software. 
 
Ensure long-term and daily use of technology meets the needs of users operationally. Confirms that current and future technologies are successfully integrated with operational work flow. Responsible for the research, implementation, maintenance, and support of current and future technologies which are part of eCW and other support devices. Each implementation will follow project management methodologies and be maintained by the project manager to assure all  providers and support staff are implemented on-time, in-scope, and under budget.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
•       Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree Preferred..
•       At least 5 years of experience in clinical systems implementation and optimization within a physician practice setting in a projector program management role.
•       Implementation of eClinicalWorks experience preferred, although other relevant ambulatory system experience will be considered (NextGen, Cerner, Epic, etc.).
•       Strong leadership skills required.
•       Management and use of project management tools such as status reports, project plans, issue and risk registries required.
•       Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required.
•       Proficient in Microsoft Project and Visio preferred.
•       Proficiency in other project management software (e.g. Clarity, Primavera) preferred.
•       Conducts work in a professional manner.  Must be able to work independently.
•       Physician practice operations experience required
•       Organizational Change Management experience preferred.
•       Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
