- 5+ years experience in public accounting or financial services 
- Demonstrated ability to research technical accounting or regulatory reporting issues, understand accounting and regulatory concepts and draw conclusions to make recommendations 
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint 

Preferred Qualifications: 
- BA/BS in accounting 
- CPA/MACC/MBA 
- Experience with SEC or Regulatory Reporting, internal control principles and policy
