Sites and Services for Job Hunters

Sites and Services for Job Hunters

I have been in the employment field for what seems like a hundred years and am painfully aware that I can only help a finite number of people find jobs in my work as a recruiter. If you go to www.JeffAltman.com, you will find a site with a lot of free tools to help job hunters.

These include:

1. Complimentary subscription to my job hunting ezine, No B.S. Job Search Advice (published weekly on Tuesday at noon)

2. Easy to use Careerbuilder links on the home page

3. Access to JobSearchUniverse.com

4. A list of free specialty sites focused on accounting, compliance, engineering, healthcare, insurance, trading, management and other fields or disciplines

5. Click the tab "Links" and there are 60+ sites for posting your resume

6. On the same page in the right column, use the Indeed search engine

7. You can order books from Amazon or my book, organizer or CD's about job hunting (obviously, there is a cost for these)

8. Information about my VIP Personal Job Search service (there is also a charge for this)
