2. Interacts with client business team to gather business requirements
3. Develops business cases for new system capabilities and assist in business case developement/definition for other systems and projects.
4. Develops creative solutions to the complex business problems and communicate with the business partners and other customers to solve business problems to deliver the required solutions.
5. Design and develop requirements for new functionalities
6. Come up with application performance improvement ideas/suggestions and implement the same
7. Prepare documentation for client review. Conduct reviews meeting to discuss findings, risks & challenges and recommends the solutions.
8. Writes and/or revises program documentation, application operational procedures and client user guides in accordance with Marriott / TCS guidelines
10. Supports customer satisfaction process by taking accountability and addressing their concerns/ issues
11. Provides accurate estimates of work effort for client project
12. Guide/ Mentor other team members in terms of Technical and cooperate with them in meeting project deadlines and deliveries
Expert in deployment of Java/J2EE project code into WebSphere.
Expert with Jenkins
Expert with Git configuration scripts
Expert with Code Coverage tools such as Cobertura/Jacoco/Intern
Expert with Maven/Ant scripts
Expert with Mockito/Junit test run and execution of it
Expert with Sonar/Phabricator for code review of Java and Javascript

Hands-on security consultant with a breadth of IT security experience in mixed platform environments. This role is within the Information Security Consultancy team and reports to the Infrastructure Information Security Consultancy Team Leader. The Information Security Infrastructure Consultant will evaluate, provide guidance and expertise on the review of existing and design of new solutions. The profile sought is a personable consultant competent in a wide spectrum of Information Security areas used to work in an international firm, preferably with a financial sector background. This is an excellent opportunity to help design, develop, and help solutions adhere to industry best practices while working with cutting edge technologies across the enterprise.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•       Assessment, review and design of secure global solutions
•       Working with teams across the globe to understand and capture business requirements and helping translate those into technical requirements
•       Documenting, evaluating existing solutions and proposing risk mitigation solutions to enhance security and reduce risk exposure
•       Selecting and evaluating alternative solutions, vendors and implementations
•       Using and help others understand risk based decision making

We’re looking for a technically savvy individual who can conceptualize and clearly communicate, work independently and in a small team environment. This is a great opportunity to participate in a growing corporate IT security environment.
 
QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of practical experience in the security consulting area with a proven track record of problem solving in a distributed heterogeneous and global environment, and will:
•       Have a strong knowledge of and demonstrated practical experience with Windows, Linux and networks including mobile technologies
•       Have a deep understanding of infrastructure and application security testing, identification of vulnerabilities and remediation
•       Possess a solid working knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and methodologies
•       Have experience in deploying resilient enterprise level Information Security solutions comprising firewalls, Load Balancers, Intrusion/Prevention Detection solutions, SIMs/SIEMs, proxies, Citrix, etc.
•       Be able to translate technical issues into business language and vice versa • Have a clear understanding and working knowledge of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS
•       Have had exposure and knowledge of Mobile Device Management solutions
•       Be cognizant of legal and regulatory constraints across various world jurisdictions
•       A relevant IT degree and CISSP. Audit and risk methodology certifications are a plus
 
In addition, the ideal candidate will also have experience or understanding in some of the following:
•       Network security (Firewalls, proxies, DNS, IDPS, switching/routing, encryption, etc)
•       Web technology (IIS, Apache) and security of web-based services & applications • Virtual application hosting (Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop/XenServer)
•       Single-Sign-On protocols and implementation
•       SIEM/SIM and log centralization and processing
•       DDOS protection, Business Continuity concepts
•       Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows 2008 server concepts - scripting is a plus
•       Exchange Server and BES management and logging
•       Vulnerability assessment tools (i.e. Qualys, Nessus)
The primary responsibilities of this role are providing internal Information Security Consultancy for a range of cross platform (Windows/Linux based) enterprise solutions and applications from the aforementioned list of technologies. The candidate should have a high degree of self-motivation, strong analytical and creative problem solving skills, attention to detail, have excellent organizational skills, and must be fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills. Some travel is to be expected.

- Contribute and lead efforts ensuring the ALM framework for the firm, including all tools, models, processes, management teams and staff produces strong and robust risk identification, measurement, and reporting of the Company s economic exposures and expected earnings volatility.
- Manage the quarterly fair value analysis process for the loan book (FAS 107 valuations) and other portfolios. Partner with business unit ALM functions / ALCOs validating pricing assumptions, analyzing individual balance sheet behaviors and strategic actions, and ensuring they are appropriately captured in ALM risk models.
- Partner with QRM Operations and other balance sheet analysis functions within Corporate ALM to meet objectives
- Evaluate and recommend risk mitigation strategies and potential hedges. Oversee the ASC 815 (previously FAS 133) analytics and monthly deliverables
- Act as technical expert on highly complex quantitative analysis
- Partner with business unit finance teams, Corporate FP&A, Credit, and ALM team members focused on stress testing to ensure the ALM model is appropriately designed and leveraged to project the balance sheet and net interest income in macro and targeted stress test exercises including CCAR / DFAST. Includes contribution to assumption development / challenge
