Job Specifications	Responsible for directly managing, evaluating, developing and implementing the international tax policies and related compliance for the company. Full participation in the income tax provision and FIN 48 processes.
Job Requirements	The successful candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of international corporate tax experience, preferably in a retail environment. You must have strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills and substantial hands on experience with respect to transfer pricing regulations.
