Will be involved with: 
Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and stakeholders 
Delivery: Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology as well as solutions for large companies. 

Responsibilities include, among others: 
Managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. 
Business Development 
People Development 
Managers are responsible for sales and delivery of HR Transformation projects and leading resources. Managers own the project planning process, resources/staffing, budget and risk. 
Managers should expect extensive travel (80% travel) 


A minimum of 7 years relevant business consulting experience 
Experience selling and leading large, complex global HR Transformation consulting engagements 
Proven expertise leading large, complex teams through the project life-cycle 
Extensive experience owning project budget, risk, staffing and client relationships 
Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization 
Bachelor's Degree 
Ability to travel 80% (Monday through Thursday, weekly) 
In addition, successful Managers will also have the following preferred skills: 

MBA from a leading school 
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) 
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment 
Eagerness to mentor junior staff 
Strong presentation skills

Background/Skills: 
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic engineering, or related disciplines. 
• Deep understanding of the TCP/IP protocol family. 
• Deep understanding of networking technologies. 
• Deep understanding of data communication, data processing, and telecommunications facilities. 
• Minimum 5 years of network OAM experience in financial environments. 
• Excellent analytical, organizational, process improvement and problem-solving skills. 
• Able to work under heavy pressure. 
• Planning, design, rollout and support of multi-site, global IP telephony and unified communications systems 
• Routing and switching experience, including LAN/WAN/Security architecture 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
Responsibilities/accountabilities: 
• Participates in design, engineering, analysis, configuration, and troubleshooting of company’s network infrastructure and services, including switches, routers, LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers, WiFi and VPN devices, WAN protocols, and knowledge of dynamic routing protocols 
• Design, implementation, ongoing management, and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communications Systems, including CallManager/Unified Communications Manager 6.x through 9.x, Unity Server, Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and Enterprise, Analog and Digital voice gateways and devices, including ISR’s, CUBE 
• Strong knowledge of MPLS, QoS, SIP/H.323/MGCP & ISDN PRI, 
• Day-to-day management of networks systems and elements. 
• Knowledge Transfer

Description:    -Analyze information on collateral performance ( turnover and dilution, trends, etc.) and communicate findings 
-Analyze financial reports to evaluate and report material changes in operating performance and/or balance sheet status 
-Assess clients' overall systems and records and identify any areas of potential exposure 
-Communicate with Underwriters, Account Executives, and Audit Manager throughout the engagement to keep them apprised of any material events 
-Prepare audit reports highlighting areas of exposure 
-Assist with training of new Field Examiners 
-Evaluate audit processes and workpapers when necessary and adapt to new and/or unfamiliar circumstances 

***Prefer to fill this position in the Dallas office location however will consider applicants from elsewhere (open to multiple locations within the U.S.) with an option to work from home or the closest available office location. 

Basic Qualifications 
MUSH HAVE AT LEAST 5+ years collateral asset based examiner experience. 

Minimum Qualifications 
Strong accounting and analytical skills. Ability to analyze financial statements and interpret legal documents. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
