The most important hard skills to me are:

            - Finance/Accounting knowledge (Balance Sheet, A/R, P&Ls, etc.)  While this isn't an accounting position, understanding accounting principles is crucial.  Either work experience in an accounting role or educational background

            - Excel whiz  - My ideal candidate would be able to whip up spreadsheets in their sleep.  creating and using complicated spreadsheets are part of everyday work, needs to be very computer adept and a fast learner of new applications

            - Advertising industry experience -  if not industry experience, then need to have relevant work experience.  Ideally I would love to find someone who has worked in a similar role at another agency.

Provide financial support to client account teams and monitor client budgets on a project basis

Provide financial information to various departments and clients as required

Provide client financial analysis in the review of monthly results

Forecast and perform annual budget preparation

Assume role of primary financial contact for account team and resource manager on assigned client business

Generate professional financial reports for review with clients as directed by account team

Provide complete journal entries, time entry transfers and provide invoicing instructions

Provide summary of monthly billings and reconciliation

Secure client P.O. or necessary work/payment authorizations and ensures adherence to contract billing policies and workflow procedures and monitors accounts receivable status and follow-up on aged balances with client

Lead and participate in financial meetings

Opens and manages jobs in coordination with account team.

Coordinates with Evolve team and Account to make sure all staffing plans are in Evolve

The Database Administrator's role is to design, install, monitor, maintain, and performance tune production databases while ensuring high levels of data availability. The Strategic Initiatives Team is expanding its organization on the east coast to support multiple Initiatives and is looking for an Engagement Leader (Master Black Belt, Director) to manage a newly formed 5-7 person team that supports our east coast operations.

Responsibilties include:

  • Lead and build a team of 5-7 Black Belts that deliver improvements to the critical metrics of Revenue Generation, Cost Reduction, and Cycle Time
  • Report progress of multiple initiative and team status to VP of Strategic Initiatives

    Qualifications


    Basic Qualifications:
