The loan agency administrator is responsible for assuring accurate recordkeeping and execution of all loan activities including: monitoring borrowing status, preparing new borrowings, rollovers, rate sets, conversions, repayments and prepayments.  This role will act as the primary contact/coordinator for clients, lenders and business partners for moderately complex syndicated credit transactions

Position Responsibilities:

·          Responsible for reviewing and negotiating administrative issues of Credit Agreements, calculating, invoicing and disbursing all deal related fees, coordinating movement of funds related to initial funding and closing, managing closings for Lenders coming in by assignment, and working closely with the Borrower and Bank Group as well as the Private Debt group internally.

·          Responsible for the daily maintenance of the commitment facilities including:

o        Calculation, invoicing and disbursement of ongoing interest and fee payments from a Borrower and/or Lender perspective. This includes agency and amendment fees as well all quarter end activity.

·          Responsible for seeing each transaction through assignments, waivers, consents, extension and amendments together with the Borrower, Participants, Legal Counsel and Credit Officer.

·          Act as a liaison between Borrowers and Investors ensuring compliance with the terms of the Credit Agreement

·          Work with internal trade closing group on settlement of secondary trades of new issue syndications.

 

 

 

 

 

Experience and Skills Required:

·         BS or BA in Finance or related discipline

·         Minimum two years of investment management operations experience, bank loan agency/syndication experience preferred               

·         Understands credit and syndication processes and the governing documentation including credit agreements and ancillary documents.
