Must have experience and understanding of high availability network solutions and technologies 
Experience with industry standard network monitoring, management and packet analysis tools to monitor and troubleshoot network/application performance and connectivity problems (Sniffer/Ethereal/Wire Shark, What’s Up Gold, Cacti, SNMP) 
Some hands on experience and knowledge of Unix/Linux a plus 
Strong written and verbal communication skills 
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Approve project configuration documents in Project Document Repository (PDR)

· Ensure process adherence and compliance on ADM Process Architecture Model by both onsite and offshore resources. 
· Promote Continuous-Improvement process: Work with various groups (developers, business areas, Education Center, Quality Assurance, Software Configuration Management, etc.) to implement testing methodologies to further process improvement 
· Respond and assist in Project Audits 
· Engage in work product content and quality review - Test Approach, Test Cases/Scripts, Post Test Report 
· Participate in the Change Control process by reviewing change requests (when created and requested review by development team) 
· Review defects, reports, and ensures re-tests until all anomalies are resolved; informs management of the status and quality of the applications under test. Attends regularly scheduled anomaly meetings to interface with Application Development and Business user areas. 

· Prepares summary reports containing detailed information describing testing and anomalies, recapping the quality of the software and the testing procedures and closure of the QA test effort. 
· Assists with educating business and IS personnel in methodology/project life cycle roles and responsibilities 
· Responsible for maintaining a relationship management role with business users and application development teams to support project tracking and time management initiatives 

Experience 
8+ years of experience in software testing and/or development 

Knowledge/Skills 
•Must possess strong interpersonal abilities, verbal and writing communication skills, as well as Quality Assurance (QA) analytical skills 
•Extensive knowledge of SEI's model for improving organizational processes (CMMI framework) 
•Extensive knowledge of the Software Implementation Life Cycle (SILC) 
•5+ years experience with automated testing tools including Quick Test Pro (QTP) and Quality Center (QC) 
•5+ years experience in project management, waterfall and/or agile methods, of software testing and/or software quality assurance initiatives. PMP and/or ScrumMaster certification are a plus 
•Knowledge of and experience with MS Windows, distributed (Unix, AIX) and IBM mainframe applications and Operating Systems 
•Knowledge of various protocols (HTTP, SMTP etc.) and various SQL-based databases (Oracle, Sybase, DB2, SQLServer, etc) and database server technologies 
•Strong SQL statement coding skills 
•Large team management experience managing teams of 30+ members including resources located both on- and off-shore. Virtual team leadership experience is a must. 
•5+ years Financial Services industry experience. NCFM, or other financial service related certifications, is a plus 

Education, Training or Certification 
• Bachelor degree in technical discipline or related degree required 

•Industry certifications such as ISTQB, NCFM, PMP, ScrumMaster, etc are a plus
