Extremely knowledgeable with native Javascript (not with libraries) 

Must understand and have working knowledge of: 
CSS, CSS frameworks, CSS Resets 
Javascript Libraries (any but jQuery is preferred), Javascript APIs (FB, twitter, etc.) 
Javascript patterns, techniques, debugging and testing 
cross-domain scripting for widget development, JSON, AJAX, JSONP 
HTML templating and design 
integration of Backend code (not coding Backend but integrating FrontEnd code with BackEnd code) 
experience using source code/version control systems 

Plusses 
Linux/Unix environment knowledge 
PHP and Symfony knowledge 
experience with ant 
media/flash experience
