Senior level SAP NetWeaver Technology (Basis) Consultants experienced with ECC 5.0 and SAP NetWeaver 2004 or above to provide SAP NetWeaver Technology services to customers. Consultants will perform the installation, configuration and maintenance of the NetWeaver components of SAP systems and will lead the planning, design, architecting of SAP NetWeaver systems across a variety of platforms and databases. Individuals should be capable of working independently or leading teams and have the ability to effectively communicate with customers to gain insight and develop solutions to meet their business needs. As the majority of our work is performed at client sites, 100% travel will be required.

Audit Seniors and Managers:

Responsibilities:

Provide various accounting and attestation services (audits, reviews and compilations) to various clients, including SEC and privately held companies in a variety of industries.

The ideal Candidate will have:

-Four or more years of recent accounting and auditing experience in public accounting in the US, preferably with SEC clients, (6 years or more for Managers)

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

 

Trace order flow through multiple equity order routing systems by running scripts, analyzing and interpreting proprietary, as well as standard, FIX, CMS and CTCI log files.

Perform trading actions on behalf of a client, such as cancel orders, correct limit price on orders/portfolios and send a status query to the exchange.

Document, share and communicate product and business knowledge with team members via knowledge base database, daily EOD process, and routine email correspondence.

Manage Recovery Outage situations, including identifying monetary exposure to the trading desk.

Provide off-hours Support during weekends and holidays on an emergency basis; some key nights and weekends may require on-site coverage

Create and run ad-hoc custom reports for trading desk and external clients.

Schedule, coordinate, implement and manage multiple software releases from Staging into Production

Communicate with multiple departments on application releases

Lead multi-group projects of varying sizes concerning new business initiatives, technological initiatives, system maintenance, and system upgrades.

Prepare training material and train new and existing employees in various Core Routing functionalities.

Participate in design of software specifications for Support Tools.

Translate software specifications between business and development groups.

Categorize, prioritize and resolve software application issues dealing with all levels of equity trade order and routing systems.

Interface frequently with external business and technical partners, including but not limited to Exchanges, ECN’s, OMS, EMS and Network providers.

Participate in test, document, release, and provide post/pre installation support for equity trading, order routing systems and compliance applications.

Liaise regularly with the trading desk and communicate the status of outstanding requests.

Interpret client requests and takes appropriate action to produce high levels of customer satisfaction that are balanced with business needs.

Ensure service level targets are met, or escalate appropriately.

Proactively seek ways to provide a better service e.g. process improvement, both tactically and strategically, implement new process or enhancements

Provide an overall atmosphere of continuity and transparency with respect to application releases, resolution of issues and other system matters impacting our internal and external clients.

Prepare and deliver training and presentations to colleagues and other business units.

Deliver the project-based activities required without compromising daily support service delivered to business users.

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The incumbent will coordinate with vendors to place and adjust purchase orders to meet forecast and inventory goals, as well as ensure timely and accurate maintenance of purchase order information including production and delivery times, quantities, etc. He or she will also assist in negotiating, administering and maintaining contracts and service agreements.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Assist in compilation of reports to show statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures accounts payable/receivable.

·         Submit purchase orders to vendors.

·         Review orders for accuracy; questions and resolves inconsistencies.

·         Develop and assist with implementation of processes for efficiency improvements.

·         Review open requisitions and take appropriate action to ensure that approved items requested are ordered on a timely basis.

·         Assist order entry department with order processing issues.

·         Identify qualified domestic and international sources of supply for assigned products.

·         Maintain and update material master records.

·         Maintain vendor contact information to attain timely product and pricing information.

·         Communicate pertinent information regarding products and/or pricing to senior purchasing specialists or managers.

·         Assist in managing product inventory levels and maintaining price lists.

·         Utilize vendor and supplier agreements to effectively manage orders, returns, credits and required reporting.

·         Participate in the development of departmental procedures and practices.
