We need to help them be successful and success starts with clear vision and disciplined Product Management. 
Requirements: 

• 8-15 years as Product Management VP or related role 
• Large company pedigree and startup experience (attitude) 
• Minimum 3 years consulting to Product Management roles 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with global Agile software development 
• Proven track record in identifying new product and service offerings and bringing them to market with high growth 
• Willingness to travel 
• Personal commitment to the success of our clients 
• Must have strong planning, organization, and time management skills 
• Solid knowledge and network within the global product software development industry 
• Combination of business skills and technical competence 
Interpersonal Skills: 
• Highly-motivated, creative thinker 
• Ability to work independently 
• Superior communication and writing skills 

Education/Experience: 
• BA/BS or equivalent in Marketing, MBA a plus

Description: This Senior Estimator will deal with projects involving electric transmission line, distribution line and substation construction 
My client has provided comprehensive electrical services including new construction, storm restoration work, renewable energy, turnkey project solutions and maintenance services for the transmission and distribution sector of the United States' electric utility industry for over 100 years. 

Duties include but are not limited to: 
-Prepare complete cost estimates for electric transmission, distribution and substation projects. 
-Understand and monitor program of work to ensure estimates are completed prior to deadlines. 
-Schedule and attend field walk-downs with customer, subcontractor and construction personnel to understand and determine constructability requirements. 
-Perform field take-offs/evaluations for estimate preparation. 
-Compare various project documents for accuracy and consistency. 
-Participate in estimate review process with internal and external stake holders. 
-Assist construction personnel throughout the project life-cycle in tracking and understanding basis of cost estimate. 
-Assist in the preparation and submission of change orders. 
-Follow-up at the end of a project to close any loops in the estimating process. 

Qualified Candidates will possess the following: 
-Candidate must possess experience in understanding blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time/cost/labor estimates for projects and services. 
-10 years or more of experience in the Utility Industry and/or possessing estimating knowledge of electric distribution, transmission and substation projects is required. 
-10 years or more of experience in the Utility Industry and/or possessing Project Management within the electric distribution, transmission and substation projects is preferred. 
-Ability to prepare construction schedules in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera. 
-Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is preferred. 
-Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required throughout PA and surrounding areas. 
-Must have excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, written and communication skills. 
-Must be a team player and be able to work with various partners from start to finish. 
-Must be self-driven and have the ability to stay on-task for extended periods of time.
