Qualifications: 
-8+ years of technical requirements experience, following RUP methodology 
-7 years experience creating and documenting RUP (Rational Unified Process) artifacts in support of the (EDD) Electronic Data Delivery 
-Proven ability to assess and evaluate `as is` and propose `to be' technical solutions 
-Experience performing GAP Analysis 
-Ability to transform business requirements into technical specifications following full RUP methodology 
-Solid UML Skills 

-Full understanding of SDLC 
-Experience developing & reviewing requirements documents (both functional & technical), use cases, and modeling artifacts 

-Ability to work as a team, collaborate well with others and achieve expected results in a fast pace environments 

-Bachelor’s Degree (4 year University) 

Nice to have: 
-IBM RUP Certification 
-Mortgage/Financial Services experience 
-Previous consulting experience

service checks mobile upgrade eligibility for customers and subscribes /unsubscribes the customer from the reminder / opt-in option via text or phone. UCS checks the upgrade eligibility for AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon. 
o The Mobile Map is a concept to utilize the broad availability of 
GPS-enabled smartphones in the US marketplace to create a 
consumer-driven map of cell phone quality independent of the cell phone carriers.
