Reporting to the Director of Global PMO the IT Business Analyst position is established to provide a liaison between business users and IT architecture team. Business Analyst will gather business requirements, map current and future business processes to existing solutions, assist with designing solution alternatives involving adapting current solutions, modifying business processes or designing new solutions; respond to queries from business users on application behavior, address concerns and/or issues. Maintain subject matter expertise in areas/applications assigned. Participate in or lead cross functional discussions, develop functional and technical specifications and test plans; review technical designs, estimate effort for tasks.

Primary Responsibilities
• Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers and stakeholders to analyze information and business need and deliver functional and technical requirements to software development teams.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, data and workflow analysis.
• Ensure that all deliverables are completed in accordance with PMO direction; clearly and frequently communicate the status.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Investigate processes and identify root cause problems.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
Knowledge and Skills Required
• Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or engineering.
• Five or more years of experience in a job requiring strong information technology business analysis expertise, problem solving and analytical skills; rigorous, data-driven decision-making; and sound business judgment.
• Additionally, at least three years of hands-on software design and development experience of highly distributed, multi-tiered and client/server systems. Proficiency in at least one of common development frameworks (.Net, Java, etc.) and databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) is required. Ideal candidate must be a former software developer.
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret Customer Carebusiness needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Strong experience with Software Development Life Cycle and knowledge of development tools and technologies.
• Demonstrated success performing analysis of large, complex, cross-functional projects.
• Expert knowledge of standard tools such as MS Project, Visio, MS Office Suite.

Knowledge and Skills Preferred
• Experience in development and implementation of mobile communications and content delivery solutions is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with electronic processing of prepaid products and services as well as telecom industry experience is desired.
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations to senior management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.

Reporting to both Director of PMO and Director of Information Technology, the Data Analyst position is established to provide a liaison between business users and report developers. Data Analyst will amass complete knowledge of all systems’ data architecture and how it is utilized to support business processes and reporting functionality; this person should be able to independently understand any reporting requirements and translate them into detailed development instructions. Data Analyst will be engaged in the entire reports delivery process from requirements gathering to production rollout.

Primary Responsibilities
• Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers and stakeholders to analyze information and business needs and produce reporting requirements and deliver design documentation to development teams.
• Develop and test reports, scripts, or other software necessary for information delivery.
• Analyze data and ensure data integrity, security, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Review and respond to business requests for data and data usage. Research and identify data sources.
• Define data-integration requirements. Document and maintain metadata.

Knowledge and Skills Required
• Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or engineering.
• Five or more years of hands-on experience working as a database developer. In addition, a minimum of three years of experience in data analysis and report writing.
• Expert knowledge of T-SQL language. Knowledge and experience with PL/SQL is a big plus.
• Experience writing reports using reporting tools (MS Reporting Services and Flex Reporting are highly desirable).
• Familiarity with software development tools and frameworks such as .Net, Flex, Java.
• Experience and proficiency with data design, analysis and architecture.
• Comprehensive knowledge of DBMS in highly distributed, multi-tiered and client/server environments.
• Proficient in the use of ER design tools. Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts and tools.
• Demonstrated data modeling experience, including strong relational and dimensional data model design skills, applying enterprise data architecture considerations when designing and developing solutions for individual projects.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, particularly as they relate to problem resolution support for
DBMS related issues including security, performance, implementation, recovery, and connectivity.
• Demonstrated success performing analysis of large, complex, cross-functional projects.
• Ability to concurrently handle multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Experience Required : 10 + years
PAID RELOCATION AVAILABLE
Responsible for supervision and technical leadership of a group of Test Engineers involved in the design, development and implementation of cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
Prepare test strategy reports.
Work with the design and operation functions to formulate the proper cost, schedule and feature tradeoffs.
Develop and document test hardware and software using computer based tools.
Estimate time and material requirements for New Product Introduction (NPI) including Design Verification Test (DVT) and Manufacturing Test.
Assist the Test Engineering Manager in the development of expense, capital and manpower plans.

Qualifications:
BS degree in engineering field required
Minimum of 9 years relevant industry experience.
Experience creating test plans.

Preferred Additional Skills:
Able to be a self starter, and able to work successfully with minimal supervision.
Ability to interface with engineering for resolution of product design issues.
Ability to continuously improve test processes through the monitoring of test process. This includes monitoring test yields, defects per unit, test cycle times and average troubleshoots times.
Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership to Test Engineers.
Experience in the development of test software using LabVIEW is desirable.
