Job Description:	Senior QA Analyst - 70-85K We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to lead as well as perform the following QA activities: system testing (functional and performance), system requirement analysis, test strategy development, test plan creation, and identification of test cases for Client/Server and Web based applications.   Responsibilities: Develop and perform Client/Server and web based product testing (functional and performance). Meet with business and development team to determine overall IT quality and project specific needs Test multi-tier applications for the Internet, Intranet, and software products Perform UML process and documentation Follow SDLC, Iterative methodology, OOAD, and SOA architecture   Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in computer science/related field. Minimum of 7 years experience working in the Quality Assurance field and 5 years experience as a Lead QA System analyst. Experience with coordination of activities with Business and Development team required. Must be detail and document orientated and possess good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Unix Sun Solaris and Intel Windows platform required. Must have experience with Performance Testing Tools as well as Defect Tracking software. Experience with Automation Tools is a plus. Must possess above average experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Previous experience in project management, change/transition management, data gathering, metrics definition, and continuous improvement are essential.
