Description:    Requirements 
BS/BA degree in related discipline preferred. 
10+ years of broad based consumer marketing experience, preferably in technology or entertainment startup environment, or large consumer packaged goods company 
Proven track record of driving top line growth through world class marketing. 
Experience across brand strategy, brand building, marketing communications/advertising and operational marketing required. 
3+ years of digital marketing experience required, preferably for new consumer product or consumer technology service; deep understanding of Digital Marketing tactics, vendors and best practices required. 
Proven track record of driving business results through consumer insights. 
Deep network of marketing services vendors. 
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, communication, planning and people management skills. 

Responsibilities 
Lead development of overarching home cloud entertainment brand, positioning and messaging strategy. 
Lead marketing plan development and execution for home cloud entertainment commercialization efforts. 
Drive overall revenues through digital marketing efforts, and serve as in house SME on digital marketing best practices. 
Serve as advisor to individual service product leads 
Review marketing messaging, tactics and spending to ensure consistency with strategy Lead marketing research efforts and derive revenue generating insights. 
Identify and manage relationships across 3rd party marketing service vendors, including ad agencies, digital marketing firms, creative partners, web developers, sweepstakes and promotional vendors. 
Manage in house marketing staff to ensure timely delivery to internal stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in relevant area, MBA a plus 
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience 
Expertise in the mechanics of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in the energy industry 
Financial experience with demonstrated project management skills 
Two to three years experience in the Energy (Electric or Gas) Industry 
Ability to lead a team of experienced financial analysts 
Extremely strong financial modeling skills are required (ability to modify models to perform what-if analysis, simplify model to match available data, and perform thorough reviews of models developed by others) 
Excellent presentation skills 

Responsibilities: 
Assist Director and Vice President in efforts to evaluate and execute corporate mergers, asset acquisitions and divestitures. This includes assisting with potential target identification, development and review of financial models, development of presentation materials and transaction execution. Assists with coordination of all supporting resources, processes (legal, valuation and transaction evaluation, due diligence, corporate finance, etc.) and deal advisors. Also, responsible for developing or managing development of an analytic framework and financial models for all M&A and generation development opportunities.

Excellent organization and communication skills 
The ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly and effectively 
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience using databases 
Experience with C-level customers 

Responsibilities 
Develop and maintain key customer relationships with large new and existing companies 
Develop, deploy, and assist in the marketing of various products and services supporting retail electricity sales on a regional level 
Present and close energy sales transactions in a highly proficient and professional manner 
Develop and implement strategic plans and budgets 
Present reporting and financial tools to customers and prospects.
