Description:    My client is seeking degreed, energetic, confident and competitive individuals to market a web-based Payroll and HR solutions and services to businesses. Responsibilities include meeting with potential clients and discussing their payroll needs, as well as building relationships with banks and CPA’s for referral sources. This is a sales-focused organization and it is their goal to equip Sales Representatives with the best training and tools possible. 

Base salary of $50,000 with no ceilings on commissions. Commission is on tiers of 10%, 15% and 20% with additional percentages paid on selling multiple products. Along with being paid commission, reps are working toward goals to increase base salaries to 80K, 90K and 100K+. Automobile or Mass Transit and cell phone allowances are also paid. Average first year income is $70,000 to $90,000 and second year income is typically $100,000+

Description:    Manage and grow a large, existing book of business in the Bellevue office. The ideal person will have 10+ years of experience managing large and complex investment portfolios for fiduciary and agency accounts. Will be responsible both for growing the business through leading the sales effort in conjunction with other Private Bank Team Members and directing the execution of investment strategies for new and existing clients. 

Develop, recommend and direct execution of investment strategies for a group of clients. The Strategist will have broad investment strategy authority and will be able to act independently within established investment policy guidelines to manage our largest and most important client accounts. Work with other team members to develop investment strategies based on the firm s investment management philosophy and client objectives. 

Additionally, Serve as a public spokesperson for the Investment Management business and serve as a leader and advocate for Investment Management. 

Minimum Qualifications 
10+ yrs experience providing portfolio management services to clients with accounts in excess of $5MM. 
Significant experience in business development (acquiring & retaining) high net worth clients. 
Comprehensive understanding of and ability to apply economic and capital markets research through risk mitigation strategies. 
Working knowledge of fiduciary issues/matters relating to investment management/advisory. 
Ability to work effectively in a team-based wealth management environment. 
Ability to mentor junior staff and work in a team environment. 

Preferred Skills 
CFA strongly preferred 
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field 
MBA preferred 
Strong centers of influence 
Local market knowledge
