Scrum Master/Project Manager responsible for supporting delivery, using Agile / Scrum methodologies, for major technology developments on back-end domains (Informatica MDM and ETL) for the firm’s Salesforce.com CRM project. 

Will use Agile/Scrum knowledge to help improve the organization wide processes. The primary project will be run using SDLC project management methodologies while other projects may require Agile / Scrum. 

Responsibilities / Required Skill Set 
· 5-7 years of proven experience in Project Management 
· Versed in SDLC / AGILE development processes. 
· Handled large scale software development / rollouts 
· Ability to work across teams to get results 
· Extensive experience and expertise working with Informatica & the entire implementation lifecycle 
· Experience or knowledge of MDM technology related project is plus 

Manage project, including Salesforce.com Back-End development, using SDLC / Agile 
Organize sprint planning, facilitate the Sprint Review and daily stand up. 
Own the success of the team’s process, support the Product Owner, and communicate status and issues to Stakeholders and PMO, 
Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters. 
Develops and maintains cost-conscious project plans that meet organizational objectives and timelines for both technology solutions and business process improvements 
Identifies key project stakeholders both internally and externally, including vendors, and managing those relationships in support of a comprehensive approach to each project 
Proactively manages and mitigates issues and risks. 
Manages organizational resources efficiently – time, people and budget 
Follows processes and methodology set forth by the PMO 
Manages and mentors one direct report Project Manager. 

Academic Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree required 
Agile / Scrum Certification is plus (CSM)

Responsibilities 

- Lead the complete lifecycle of our web applications. 

- Develop rich interactive graphics and data visualizations of "large" amount of structured data. 

- Design underlying database structure/caching systems to ensure performance of the front-end. 

- Work with trading systems groups to create data models and feeds to extract and load the data to be used in web applications. 

- Create RESTful interfaces for other developers to access data. 

Requirements 
- Passion for transforming large amount of data into compelling visual information. 
- Expert in front-end technologies such as JavaScript (JQuery) & HTML5. 
- Expert Java developer. 
- Expert using Spring MVC or similar framework and the full Java Web stack. JSP, Servlets, Tags, etc.
