Description:    Overall responsibility for managing product fulfillment, in-stock levels, and inventory management for defined vendors to support store forecast and replenishment (including promotional and event execution). Responsible for the new/disco item execution, and promotional/event execution within a defined group of vendors. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 
· Responsible for managing inventory at distribution centers and stores for an assigned group of vendors. Additionally managing store ordering and PO life cycle for replenished and in/out product. Meets service levels, in-stock and inventory turnover targets. 
· Monitors key performance indicators (KPI) for assigned vendors. 
· Collaborates with key cross-functional teams (merchants, planning) to ensure inventory levels align with merchandise policy and financial goals. 
· Produces reports and conducts analyses including vendor and item performance. 
· Identifies issues and opportunities as well as the appropriate action plan to support company financial goals. 
· Executes new item entrance and exit strategies (planogram resets). 
· Executes various seasonal categories, promotional and event plans. Ensures that inventories are appropriate to support sales and presentation standards. 

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities: 
· Ability to deliver expected quantitative and qualitative results 
· Strong business acumen and superior analytical skills 
· Ability to work cross-functionally and independently 
· Excellent organization and problem-solving skills 
· Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and database applications 

Work Experience and/or Education: 
Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance or other related field and one year experience in retail/supply chain environment required. Two – four years experience may be substituted. Aldata G.O.L.D. knowledge preferred.

-Leading the sales processes, including developing and presenting proposals and RFP s, overseeing credit reviews, negotiating contracts, completing appropriate paperwork, and assisting in the integration of new relationships 
-Consulting clients on PCI compliance requirements and other regulatory issues impacting the merchant services/card industry 

Basic Qualifications (required) 
7+ years sales, business development or treasury management experience. 

Minimum Qualifications (required) 
-4+ years Merchant Services experience selling to commercial, government or national clients 
-Proven analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills 
-Demonstrated ability to present to senior level executives

Actively ensure compliance with Standards of Conduct and all Patriot Act, CIP, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, and other regulatory and compliance policies and procedures. 
Actively participate in any required corporate and business line Compliance Training. 
Follow account opening procedures and understand and follow internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes, as required for this position. Actively work with customers to understand each customer''s normal account activity, as appropriate for this position. 
Perform related duties as assigned. 

Qualifications 
Typically requires a BA or BS degree, with 10+ years of sales and relationship management experience. 
Thorough working knowledge of the Bank''s products and their benefit to the customer, Bank operations and services, and federal and state banking regulations. 
Requires frequent travel within assigned geographic territory. 
CTP or CCM preferred. 
Detailed knowledge of Cash Management products and services. 
Territory, calling and proposal experience. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include selling of bank services dealing with customers and bank personnel in resolving operational problems giving presentations. 
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Rumba, Lotus Notes, LAN AMMO, and ESB.
