2+ years in compliance or operational risk mgmt. (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk) and 2+ years in one or more of the following: compliance, operational risk mgmt., IT systems security, business process mgmt. or financial services, or a Bachelor''''s or advanced degree in business or economics.

 

Preferred Experience

6+ years compliance experience. Candidates would have audit, compliance or risk management experience, (though audit experience is strongly preferred). Also prefer prior experience with compliance and regulatory controls in a financial services environment. Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives concurrently is required.

 

Bachelors degree required and advanced degree (MBA) or certification (CPA, CFP, CFA, CIA) is preferred.
