Requirements 
10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience required, preferable in a multi-divisional environment of a public company. DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE 
CPA/MBA preferred but not required if applicant has appropriate experience level. 
Extremely strong finance and accounting background. 
Strong skills in financial planning/analysis, modeling, systems, accounting and reporting. DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management. 
Ability to prioritize: Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize and have a sense of urgency for those critical tasks that will be most impactful. 
Accountability and accuracy. Detailed understanding of financial consolidations. 
Financial Reporting Systems (preferably Oracle suite of products). 
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle (including Essbase). 
Experience with Data Warehousing / Data Strategies. 

Responsibilities 
Enable senior level executives to make business decisions by creating and articulating the appropriate business analysis of financial results and key metrics. 
Partner with executive management to create BOD presentations 
Manage the strategic and the operating planning processes . Collaborate with Executives, Head of Strategy, Segment CFOs and business unit Controllers. Manage and maintain a detailed long-term financial model that facilitates strategic discussions. Oversee the implementation and inclusion of assigned tasks and opportunities by the business units. 
Evaluate and analyze monthly results vs. plan and forecast in order to provide management with current business trends and navigate the decision making process. 
Recommend, oversee and implement changes to enhance management reporting and analysis and process improvement including driving common practices between regions as well as standardizing financial reporting and analysis. Develop and oversee implementation of enhancements to current reporting procedures. 
Analysis of income statement and cash flow metrics. 
Work closely with Financial Systems and technology groups in the administration of Oracle and Essbase. Ensure constant accuracy of existing Essbase reports by implementing modifications as necessary and create new reports as needed. Team up with Financial systems group and business unit finance teams to develop Data Strategy. 
Financial modeling: High proficiency in Excel modeling and scenario / sensitivity analysis. Create efficient and flexible financial templates which can be easily used across the organization.

This is a hands-on engineering leadership role which requires an executive who can effectively operate at both the 30,000 foot level as well as the code level. 
15+ years leading software development teams 
5+ years of experience with distributed teams 
5+ years of experience with off shore teams 
CS degree required, MBA a plus 
Proven track record of shipping software products on time and within budget 
Technical proficiency in the following areas: 
Software as a Service (SaaS) 
Time series data 
High availability enterprise grade solutions 
Understanding of Postgres, Flex a plus 
Excellent communications skills including writing, speaking, & facilitating 
Desire for high visibility within the organization as well as with external customers

• Manage and build all software development teams, including onshore and offshore teams 
• Hire and develop world class engineers

The product is a data intensive solution with a highly intuitive UI with complex analytics and insightful visualizations.
