RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrates an understanding of customers tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions. Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques. Actively manages the work efforts of multiple functional resources through the project plan. Establishes basic scope control procedures. Develops documentation, monitors and reports project status, assesses the effectiveness and accuracy of documentation. Initiates and maintain reporting relationships with project stakeholders including team members, peers, managers, customers, vendors, and other affected departments to coordinate efforts across multiple business units and ensure continuous efficient management of projects, gathers input and feedback. Analyzes and reports project status and research information, monitors project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables, and content. Effectively assist in directing both internal and external resources to achieve business solutions within project guidelines. Responds to operational issues and RFIs within defined areas of responsibility while progressing on project work. Collaborates and communicates with other project managers and leaders to coordinate cross project initiatives and activities. Identify and eliminate obstacles to solution plans, business goals, or implementation. Assist in the development and implementation of contingency plans. Assist in the development of project budgets in compliance with the companies financial practices. Provides change management consulting and assess impacts of project scope and implications throughout project timeline, including development of strategies, readiness assessment, development of training and communications. Able to motivate and direct team members to build cooperative work teams. Able to identify, develop, and direct team members strengths, technological resources and organizational processes to build teams. Advanced in the use of project management software and concepts.

REQUIREMENTS: Comprehensive knowledge of business units functions. Strong analytical, problem solving, quality management, and organizational skills. Comprehensive understanding of project management theory and team dynamics. Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiate action and adapt to change. Proven ability to make tough decisions and accept challenging assignments. Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate costs and develop and implement project plans within budgetary guidelines. Preferred, Same as Project Manager 1.

Candidate Must Have :
* Strong analytical , problem solving, quality management and organizational skills
* Comprehensive understanding of project management theory
* Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate costs
* Proven ability to develop and implement project plans within budgetary guidelines
* Preferred candidate will have brokerage experience

Preferred candidate will have outsourcing and/or off-shoring experience.
