Language : Bilingual - Spanish & English preferred.
PAID RELOCATION AVAILABLE
1. Have proven history of delivery consulting engagements & large IT transformation programs in retail consumer banking - deposits, cards, lending, etc.
2. Have demonstrated deep domain expertise in global retail
banking , ideally global exposure
3. Would have served or worked for banks such as JPMC, BOFA,
Wells, AMEX, VISA, Fidelity in past
4. Would have sold and/or managed at least 2 full lifecycle
consulting engagements in retail/consumer banking
5. Would have managed budget/P&L of $15-20 mn for IT services with most of it in managed services vs. staff aug.
Have demonstrated success at delivering innovations/productivity gains/game changing ideas over a period of time
