Description:    Design, Install, configure and provide 24x7 support for the Identity and Access Management products including but not limited to: Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle Identity Federation 
· Configure and support resource adapters, integrate role-based access control, Single Sign On, end-user provisioning, and synchronization services with existing applications and systems 

Required Skills 
· 4-6 years' design, installation, configuration, deployment troubleshooting and implementation experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Virtual directory (OVD) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 
· Must have led, implemented, and supported enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions using OIM, OVD and OAM. 
· Proficiency in Weblogic application server, LDAP Directory Services 
· Experience integrating web applications with Oracle Access Manager 
· Strong working knowledge of industry standard Directory Services including OID, LDAP (Active Directory or IBM Tivoli) 
· Good understanding of XML, XSLT, Web Services, IDM and associated security requirements 

Not required but plus 
· Experience with J2EE, WebSphere App servers 
· Oracle IDM 10g/11g certification 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 
· Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and will have exceptional communication skills. 
· Ability to operate effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
· At least a four-year degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field

• Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role. 
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios. 
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within the firm’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. 
• Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline. 
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel; and ATS skills are required. Basic PowerPoint skills are also required. 
A minimum of five years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting. 

Experience: 
• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans including social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and internet search strings. 
• CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.. 
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or equivalent applications. 
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. 

Experience: 
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree. 
• Healthcare, IT or high volume call center/customer service/sales recruiting experience. 
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer. 
• Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
