The analyst will also be required to make well-thought out recommendations on a variety of new funding initiatives pursued by the bank. Additionally, the analyst may be expected to participate in various special projects for the Planning Group.  EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree in Economics, Finance. 2-3 years of comparable experience in a financial institution. Some experience in a sales or capital markets role highly preferred. Understanding in capital markets is preferred. Interest and willingness in learning about this field is essential.  SKILLS: Networking, analytical, and mathematical ability required. A successful applicant will show the ability to learn the fixed income markets and to communicate effectively on a variety of different asset classes. Given that this position is customer facing, professionalism, and presentability is a critical element for the role.
